NGO CASA organised an IT study visit bringing together IT professionals, freelancers, and digital sector enthusiasts from non-majority communities as part of the Peer-to-Peer Hub – Equality through Cooperation project.
The visit was designed to connect participants with relevant actors within Kosovo’s innovation and technology ecosystem, while also creating space for direct peer-to-peer exchange, networking, and discussion on future opportunities for professional cooperation.
During the study visit, participants visited Formon in Prishtina, a technology company focused on 3D printing and product development; the Kosova Innovation Hub in Vitomirica, a multiethnic and community-based innovation space supporting skills development and inclusion; and BONEVET Peja, a well-established non-formal education and makerspace environment focused on practical learning, creativity, and technology.
Through these visits, participants had the opportunity to learn more about different models of innovation, digital skills development, entrepreneurship, and hands-on learning. The activity also helped strengthen links between young professionals from different communities and encouraged further engagement with existing platforms, hubs, and initiatives in the IT sector.
The study visit forms part of CASA’s broader trust-building approach, which focuses on connecting people through shared professional interests and practical cooperation, allowing trust to develop through meaningful and concrete interaction.
