Held on 29 April 2026 in Gračanica/Graçanicë, the Working Breakfast with members of the international community focused on advancing a new social contract and addressing the needs and concerns of the Kosovo Serb community.
The exchange focused on advancing a new social contract for a truly multiethnic Kosovo—drawing on the Ahtisaari framework, with particular attention to strong local self-governance and meaningful interethnic dialogue. Participants reflected on key takeaways from the New Social Contract Forum held the previous day, discussed current socio-political developments, and addressed the pressing concerns, needs, and interests of the Kosovo Serb community.
Thank you to all participants for a constructive and insightful discussion.
The event was organized within the initiative “Moving from ‘Integration’ to(wards) a New Social Contract for a Truly Multiethnic Kosovo,” implemented by CASA in partnership with Space/s, with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
