CALL TO CITIZENS – POINT OUT THE PROBLEM!

NGO CASA is launching a monitoring process to see how the Law on Foreigners is applied in practice – not just on paper, but in the everyday situations that citizens encounter. Our goal is to identify obstacles and common problems, and contribute to solving them systematically.

If you have faced difficulties in exercising your rights through administrative procedures – for example, in obtaining documents, unclear steps in the process, or different interpretations by institutions – we invite you to share your experience with us.

What will we do through this process?
✔ Record concrete cases from practice
✔ Analyze where the law and procedures don’t work smoothly and identify gaps
✔ Recognize the most frequent and key problems citizens face
✔ Prepare concrete, practical recommendations to improve the application of the law and the functioning of institutions

All collected information will be included in regular monitoring reports on the implementation of this law, which will be used to inform relevant institutions and international actors in a timely manner, with the goal of improving legal certainty for everyone.

Important: This is not legal assistance and does not involve representing individual cases before authorities. The focus is on using your experience to identify broader, systemic problems and propose solutions that can improve the situation in the long term – both for you and for others.

How to get involved?
If you want to share your experience:
• Send an email to: monitoring@ngocasa.org
• Or contact us through our social media channels

Just provide your basic information and contact details, and our team will get in touch to collect more information.

All information you provide will be treated confidentially and in accordance with data protection rules.

Your experience can make a difference – and help make the system fairer and more efficient for everyone.
