Accommodation and Travel Services for Workshop “Building Group Cohesion and Basics of Civic Engagement”
NGO Centre for Affirmative Actions (NGO CASA) invites proposals for the provision of travel, accommodation, meals, and conference facilities for an upcoming training event organized by NGO CASA – Center for Affirmative Social Actions and CSD – Center for Democracy and Education Dolina, as part of the project:
“Creative Agents of Social Inclusion and Peace: Empowering Youth for Social Change through Art and YPS Agenda”
The project is supported by the German Federal Foreign Office’s funds by ifa (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen) via zivik Funding Programme.
Below are the details and specific requirements:
EVENT DETAILS:
Dates: Wednesday, August 27th, 2025 – Sunday, August 31st, 2025 (4 nights)
Number of participants: 25 people
Preferred location: Prizren or Brezovica and surrounding areas
TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENTS:
Round-trip transportation for 14 participants
Route: Mitrovica – selected location – Mitrovica
Departure from Mitrovica: morning of Wednesday, August 27th
Return to Mitrovica: afternoon of Sunday, August 31st
Transportation must be safe, reliable, and appropriate for a youth group
ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS REQUIREMENTS:
Number of participants: 25
Accommodation: 4 nights in single and double rooms
Meals: Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for all 4 days
Additional meals: Arrival and Departure meals – Lunch on the arrival day, and Lunch package on the departure day
Coffee Breaks: A total of 8 coffee breaks (each break should include: coffee, tea, water, juice; snacks).
Note: The group consists of young people, some of whom are minors – no alcohol should be served.
CONFERENCE ROOM & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
A conference room suitable for at least 25 participants
Technical equipment:
-Video/beam projector
-Screen or wall for projection
-Preferred: Equipment for simultaneous translation
-The conference room should be available full day during the training sessions
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:
The venue must provide a high level of security (e.g., 24/7 security personnel or surveillance systems)
Cultural sensitivity and a safe environment are of utmost importance

-Photos and/or brochures of the facility
-Total cost per person or total package price for the full stay
