Center for Affirmative Social Actions (CASA) is a non-governmental organization committed to promoting social justice, human rights, and inclusive development initiatives for non-majority communities in Kosovo and the region. NGO CASA works towards fostering understanding, tolerance, and cooperation among diverse communities. In line with our mission, we are seeking an Intern Assistant.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in project assistance within the context of our organization’s activities.
Duration: 6 months with an opportunity to be promoted to an entry-level employee.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project-related administrative tasks.
- Translate documents from Albanian to English (or Serbian) and vice versa.
- Provide support in project coordination and implementation activities.
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and meetings.
- Gather information as needed.
- Any other duties assigned by the project manager.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Albanian and English languages.
- Working knowledge in the Serbian language is an asset but not a requirement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Requirements:
